Do you want to be part of Europe’s leading suppliers of computer displays, Philips professional monitors & displays solutions and be responsible for the daily Return Merchandise Authorization operation management, service provider agreement renewal and termination and first level quality data collection and quality issue escalations to the Field Applications Engineers? This is your chance! We are looking for a Vendor Management Specialist or Service Network Manager for Europe, who will work together with the frontend and sales team to provide enhanced or required service setup for dealers and customers and coordinate service cost improvement projects.

As a Vendor Management Specialist at AOC / MMD, you are an important link between our sales and frontend team and you will be responsible for:

  • Daily service escalations
  • Service provider KPI management: service TAT, repair TAT, repeat repair rate, NTF rate, etc.
  • Service process/scenario improvement
  • Service tariff, contract maintenance, service provider audit
  • Supporting sales with sales tenders
  • Issuing refunds or compensation to customers

Preferred Skills

  • 3-5 years’ work experience in the field of Customer Service or Consumer Care
  • Bachelor/Master level education in Business Administration
  • Experience within Consumer Electronics Services is a priority 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one other European language, for example Germany, Spanish or Dutch
  • Good understanding of Chinese language is a requirement
  • Basic leadership skills; able to lead project improvement and drive the team work
  • Strong “can do” attitude, excellent communication skills, able to think in strategies and a good team player
  • Excellent on action follow-up and feedback
