CRM global campaign expert / CRM Campaign Manager  (B2C)

Your team
You’ll be part of the Corporate CRM & Digital Campaign team, composed by 20 CRM Managers and a Global Digital Lead CRM, Group (BC&D). Senior CRM Managers and Online Marketing Managers in Sectors, Business Groups and Countries will be your daily stakeholders, as well as all main representatives from B2C Digital .com, Online shop, Consumer Care, Social Media, Digital Services/Operations, EIM and IT teams.

Your responsibilities
• In charge of optimizing & implementing B2C CRM Global campaigns strategy by using the full potential of the digital landscape and applying campaign best practices
• Act as CRM expert to design best in class campaigns, transform those into blue print and play advisory role on best practices available in the market
• Play advisory role with Market and BG’s to boost B2C CRM capability
• Design new campaign blueprint, create campaign assets and make it available for markets
• Arrange cadence communication streams with market and BG’s to ensure strategy is adopted
• Available for the CRM business community like Market and BG’s CRM managers to advice on the “how”
• Collaborate with the data strategist team to identify and implement improvements on the consumer journey to maximize conversion and campaign results

Your Skills
• Skilled B2C Subject matter expert, capable to implement best in class CRM campaigns in a fast moving digital environment. Able to continuously improve the consumer journey to reach campaign excellence.
• Tool skills: overall knowledge of marketing applications such Oracle – Eloqua or the SFDC – Marketing cloud. Mastering the ability to orchestrate complex consumer/customer journeys across multiple touchpoint.
• Loyalty: mastering loyalty and retention technique with a proven track of records.
• Branding: Understanding the importance of Brand guidelines and make sure all assets provided and deployed are always on brand
• Communication: The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with manager sitting in different level of the organization. The ability to help facilitate the sharing of information between different people and teams.
• Consulting: The ability to clarify expectations to the team, to give recommendations to best realize a project as well as to deal with issues and risks.
• Project management: Full control of tasks assigned, managing external risk factors and communicate progress to main stakeholder
 Presentation skills: Capable of creating meaning full presentation, mastering Power Point.

Looking for
We’re looking for a true CRM professional, with a very strong campaign background, willing to make the difference within our CRM capability. The main requirements for this role are:

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2C CRM within a multi-national/global organization
• Knowledge/background of Marketing automation tooling and platform is required (Eloqua, Salesforce)
• International background, able to manage multiple stakeholders in different Countries and contexts.
• Fluent business-level English is a necessary requirement. Any additional languages are welcome.
